Product Description

The wear-resistant and impact-resistant construction sand and gravel circular vibrating screen is a highly efficient screening equipment widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry, food processing, and other industries.

Structural Design

Working Principle

The motor drives the vibrator's main shaft via V-belt, creating centrifugal inertia force that produces a circular motion trajectory. Materials entering the screen surface are separated by size, with smaller particles passing through and larger particles remaining for further screening before discharge.
