Pyrite fluidized bed roaster ,Internal refractory high alumina brick

Fluidized bed roasting furnace

, also known as boiling furnace for short, is a device that uses solid fluidization technology to roast sulfide ores and other materials.
Structure and principle
Structure: The furnace body is composed of a steel shell lined with insulation bricks and then lined with refractory bricks, and an insulation layer is set on the outside to prevent condensed acid corrosion. The lowest part is the wind chamber and the air inlet pipe, above which is the air distribution plate, and on the plate is a refractory concrete furnace bed with a wind cap buried. The middle part of the furnace is a cone, and the upper roasting space has a large cross-sectional area, which can reduce the blowing of solid particles. There are also feeding ports, slag overflow ports, furnace gas outlets and other pipes, and there are explosion-proof holes on the top of the furnace.
Principle: Hot air is blown out from the small holes on the side of the wind cap, so that the material is fluidized in the furnace, like boiling water, to achieve efficient roasting. When sulfide ore is roasted, the reaction heat is released, and sulfur dioxide-containing gas is generated for the production of sulfuric acid, and slag can be used as metallurgical raw materials.
Type
Straight-tube furnace: mostly used for roasting nonferrous metal concentrates, with low roasting intensity, no or slight expansion of the upper furnace, and a cylindrical appearance.
Upper expansion furnace: used for roasting broken block ores in the early stage, and later also used for roasting various flotation ores, with high roasting intensity.
Performance characteristics
Advantages: high roasting intensity, able to process low-grade ores; low residual sulfur in slag; high sulfur dioxide concentration and low sulfur trioxide in furnace gas; more heat can be recovered to produce medium-pressure steam; uniform furnace bed temperature; simple structure without rotating parts, low investment and maintenance costs; high degree of automation and low operating costs; convenient driving and less air pollution when parking.
Limitations: furnace gas carries more mineral dust, and the air blower consumes a lot of power.
Application fields
Widely used in sulfuric acid manufacturing, nonferrous metal smelting and other industries, processing pyrite, nonferrous metal flotation concentrate and other materials.
