The gold concentrate fluidized bed roaster delivers high-efficiency thermal processing through advanced design and precise control. Its durable construction includes a steel shell insulated with refractory and insulation bricks, along with integrated wind chambers, distribution plates, and caps for uniform air supply.
During operation, hot air is introduced through the wind caps, fluidizing the gold concentrate to enable uniform and efficient roasting. Key advantages include precise control over temperature and atmosphere, effectively removing harmful elements such as arsenic and sulfur.
The two-stage oxidative roasting process ensures thorough purification:
Stage 1: Weak oxidizing/neutral atmosphere at 450–550°C for arsenic removal
Stage 2: Strong oxidizing atmosphere at 650–750°C for sulfur and carbon elimination
Additional benefits include high roasting intensity, low residual sulfur in slag, and full waste heat recovery—collectively lowering operating costs and boosting economic returns.
