Product Description

The boiling roaster, also known as a solid fluidized-bed roaster, uses air at a specific flow rate to carry out intense roasting reactions on powdered materials. During operation, materials remain in continuous motion, resembling the boiling state of a viscous liquid.

Furnace Types
  • Straight-cylinder roasters: Primarily used for roasting non-ferrous metal concentrates.
  • Roasters with enlarged upper part: Originally designed for crushing ore lumps (raw materials for sulfuric acid production). Later adapted for various floatation ores and sulfur-rich concentrates to improve ore grade.
