Ceramic ball mill equipment introduction
Ceramic ball mills are widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, glass, ceramics and other production industries. They are mainly used for mixing and grinding materials, which can be dry or wet. The fineness of the grinding operation is controlled by the grinding time. The motor starts with auto-coupling decompression to reduce the starting current. Its structure is divided into integral type and independent type. For the transmission parts, the ceramic ball mill generally adopts belt drive, and some equipment adopts gear drive.
The loading and unloading in the production process is intermittent. First stop the machine to load the materials, then start the machine for grinding and then stop the machine for unloading, and wet operation is adopted. From limestone to basalt, from stone production to various ore crushing, it can provide crushing effect in various medium crushing, fine crushing and ultra-fine crushing operations. It is mainly used for grinding of non-metallic minerals such as ceramics, potassium feldspar, quartz, sodium feldspar, etc.
Working Principle of Ceramic Ball Mill
The motor of ceramic ball mill drives the cylinder to rotate through the reduction device. The crushed ore and steel balls in the cylinder are brought to a high position by the liner due to friction and centrifugal force when the cylinder rotates. Due to gravity, they are thrown and poured down. The ore is gradually crushed under the impact and grinding. The crushed ore is discharged from the cylinder through the discharge part. After the discharged minerals are classified into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill through the combined feeder for further grinding. The feeder feeds continuously and evenly, and the ore enters the ball mill continuously and evenly through the combined feeder, and the ground materials are continuously discharged from the ceramic ball mill. Ceramic ball mill is a grinding equipment that can work continuously 24 hours a day.
